Q. Is my bank account information secure?
Yes, when you enter and view Online Giving information you are using a secure server. All of your information is encrypted in 128-bit encryption prior to being transferred. 128-bit encryption is the form of protection used by financial institutions and internet vendors for the safest method of transferring sensitive information.
Can I give a onetime gift?
Yes. You may use Online Giving by selecting “One Time Only” in the signup process.
Can I set up recurring gifts?
Yes, you have the ability to specify whether you would like to make a onetime contribution or a recurring weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly gift.
Can I designate my online giving to specific funds?
How do I change my online giving amount or recurring gifts?
Once you’ve logged into giving; click on “my profile”, then “my settings” then “recurring payments”. You can then edit, disable or delete which payment you would like to change. If you’re changing payment methods or updating credit card info, it is best to delete any reccurring payments associated with the old information.
How do I change my online profile?
Once you’ve logged into giving; click on “my profile”, then “my settings” & “personal information”. There you’ll have the option to update.
To change an email address, you’ll need to go to two places to make changes in:
(1) One is located in the profile email address. Enter your new email address in the email box & save.
(2) The second is the billing contact email information that is filled out for a specific payment form, and can be different emails address for each a recurring payment. Select “my settings”, the recurring payments, and then select the edit button on each of the recurring payments. The next page will have the Billing Email field to change.
