Welcome to Missions
NEW International Missions Fair
Family-Oriented Missions Night
Friday, Nov 7, at 5:30pm in the Piazza
We are mixing it up this year! Come and join us as we personally get to know our International Missions Partners through games, breakouts and plenty of mingle time over dessert! Friday will be a family-friendly night starting with a FREE picnic type dinner outside (no need to RSVP) with games and then move into an interactive evening highlighting the passion areas of our partners and seeing how your gifts and talents match up with their ministries. Pre-register for childcare 0-5yrs.
Our missionary partners will be bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience and be sharing at the the following 5 breakouts:
- Foreign Flops: A Light-Hearted Look at Ministering Cross-Culturally
- Sweat and Jesus: Teaching Values Through Sports
- True Religion: Compassion for Widows and Orphans
- Building Legacy: Being a Godly Father
- Pure Discipleship: Making More than Converts
There will also be awesome breakouts for your kids grades K-6! So don’t leave them at home, bring them! We will have some partners sharing with them on different aspects of how they can connect with God’s adventure too!
For kids younger than Kindergarten, a limited amount of childcare is available, but you must reserve a spot in advance. To register for childcare, click HERE.
Hear more about our partners over the weekend!
All weekend services Nov 8-9
Sat 6pm, Sun 8:45 & 10:45am, Sun 6pm
At the weekend services we will be praying for our Partners and hearing from a few of them at each service. Please take time to go out and meet them on the Piazza and share your heart. See how you can connect through prayer, financial support and by sharing your skills - and even possibly joining them in the mission field. (Pray - Give - Go).
Want to get involved?
There are so many ways you can help as we welcome our partners here!
We still need places to host our missionaries coming in as well as pick up and drop off from the airport. If you are interested to help with either or both of these please contact Annie Snowbarger.
One partner has just arrived and is in need of a vehicle to borrow until Dec 8. If you can help with the whole time or a portion, please contact Annie Snowbarger.
We are looking for volunteers Friday night! You would be helping bring the look and feel together as well as helping people connect with our partners throughout the night. Please contact Darlene Abrams if you are interested to help. Here are areas in need:
Set-up- These people would help set up the Family Center for Friday night
Greeters- Greeters would be helping in the beginning. They would greet those who came for dinner and help people know where to go. They also would be handing out the info for the evening.
Food & Beverage- These people would help set up the dinner area as well as cook and serve the meal.
Connectors- These people would help during the breakouts for adults. Some would help our partners know where to be and when throughout the evening. Others would be sure the rooms of the breakouts are set up and the partner has everything he/she needs for their time.
Kid Breakout helpers- These people would assist in either the K-3 breakout or 4th-6th grade breakout.

Go. on a Mission
At North Coast Calvary Chapel we are committed to getting out of the “Locker Room” of church and onto the “Playing Field” of the world, beginning in Carlsbad and reaching out to the people around the world. We plan trips to visit our strategic partners to build relationship with them, share our gifts and to love others as Christ first loved us.
