Purpose
The Outdoor Adventures Groups provide opportunities to enjoy God and his creation and build friendships with others.
Hiking
Monthly hikes to enjoy our local mountains, beaches, lagoons, deserts, and park trails. Also, trips each year to places like the Grand Canyon and Mt. Whitney. We hike at all levels, from Easy to Xtreme. To be added to the Outdoor Adventure email list e-mail us

Biking
Great rides, fellowship, and events. All levels of riders are welcome - be sure to bring a helmet. We include short pre-ride talks about various topics including bike safety, hydration, ride nutrition, and drafting. We will also offer longer clinics on bike maintenance, tire changing, etc.

NC3C (North Coast Calvary Chapel Cyclers)
1st and 3rd Saturday Rides (Rides are called off if it’s raining) Meet at 8:30am, riding by 9:00am from the Starbucks in the Ralph’s Shopping Center off of Poinsettia NOT at the church.
Most rides will take a couple of hours, with options for shorter or longer rides.
The Cruizers have agreed that the new meeting place removes the dread of that final climb up to the Church! So bring your friends who want to learn how to ride or who want to get back in to riding, and we will help you get in shape. We are starting out slow and will pick up the pace as we improve.
The Speedsters are wanting more and more miles and are adding long rides during the week. Mark is preparing for the Century this month, so any extra riding time with him would be appreciated.

• May 7, 2011 Tour de Cure for the American Diabetes Association - Several of us have already signed up. Our goal is to bike 100 miles together while raising money for the Diabetes Association. When you sign up, join the NC3C team. (North Coast Calvary Chapel Cyclers). It is a very fun ride, and we can practice the various segments of the ride since it is local. We would love to see all our ministry come out and join in the fun and christian fellowship. We have a great time there. Ed and I are in site 238 which is located on map 3 when making online reservations.

They will charge you one night stay to hold your reservation and you can cancel up to 72 hours a head and get full refund. Ed & Shonda are in site 810 near the pool area.
