Solid Footing is a series of classes designed to provide new believers with a working knowledge of the basics of the Christian faith. It will help to answer many of your questions and establish a foundation upon which your life in Christ can be built.
Solid Footing I: “First Steps”
Monday nights, February 25-March 18 (4 weeks) through the Emmaus Training Center
Solid Footing I First Steps topics include: Growing as a Child of God, Sin, Grace, Redemption, Justification, Adoption, Forgiveness, Assurance of Salvation, Heaven and Hell, and Kingdom Gospel.
Solid Footing II: “Walking with God”
Monday nights, April 22-May 13 (4 weeks) through the Emmaus Training Center
Topics covered include: Quiet Time, Bible Study, Prayer, Worship, Fellowship, Witness, Trials, Temptations, Spiritual Warfare, Obedience. Taught by Pastors Orville Stanton & Jim Doyle.
Solid Footing III: “Climbing Higher”
To be offered Monday nights during the Fall session of the Emmaus Training Center (September 23-October 28)
Topics covered include: the Person, Ministry and Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Purpose of the Church, Values of NCCC, Fellowship, Lifestyle Evangelism, Transformation and Fruit of the Spirit, Generosity and Giving, and Service.
