Emmaus Training Center
Welcome to the Emmaus Center, North Coast Calvary Chapel’s discipleship training school. We hold a selection of 3 - 5 week classes on Monday nights during the winter, spring, and fall to provide you with opportunities to learn and grow in your walk with Christ. The cost for most classes is a suggested $20 donation, although some classes cost more due to the expense of materials and some are simply free.

There are so many ways to share Jesus, right? Some of them will be irrelevant, some will make people zone-out and think of what they’re going to eat for dinner, some will lose friends and not influence anybody. But, there’s ways that hopefully do none of the above! This is a 3-week course that is non-threatening, easy going, facilitated group discussion oriented around ways to ease people into conversation with a God who has loved them all along-even if they haven’t fully noticed yet. Nic Gilmour will be discussing with you the un-weird ways to experience and share Jesus! Suggested donation $20.

Who Is Jesus? Building A Comprehensive Case
facilitated by Erik P. Johnson [5 weeks: Sept. 29-Oct. 27 in B-202]
Why are so many Christian teens walking away from their faith during the college years? Focus on the Family’s TrueU video curriculum offers an introduction to apologetics (a defense of belief in God) that aims to help reverse this trend. Featuring Christian worldview experts like Dr. Del Tackett, Dr. Stephen Meyer, Lee Strobel, Dr. Gary Habermas, and more – the series equips students to stand up for their beliefs in the face of a culture that tells them their faith is absurd, obsolete and impractical.
