Ministry Groups
In addition to our Home Groups, we offer Ministry Groups. If you have an interest in an age-related or life stage group, or even a group of special interest, please call Donna Steffen at 760.929.0029 x138. Hearts in Devotion
"Set your affections on things above, not on things of the earth. For you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with Him in glory." (Col. 3:2-4)
WHAT: We are a group of women who have a common love of devotionals and have formed a reading and sharing group which includes both modern and classical devotional writings from Oswald Chambers "My Utmost for His Highest" to "Streams in the Desert".
WHEN: Once a month. Our meetings will be on the fourth Thursday of each month from 9:30-11:30am. (No childcare as of yet provided.)
WHERE: We are meeting in Rm. 206 at NCCC.
WHAT TO BRING: Choose one or two of your favorite devotionals to read and to share the speacial meaning it has had to you personally. Please keep a journal during the month to write your notes and comments. Sign up at the Women's Table after services or call Donna 760-929-0029 x138.
