That's it, you are now subscribed to our podcast! If you would like to change how often iTunes checks for updates for your podcasts you can do this in the Preferences window:
On the Mac, click the iTunes application menu, then click Preferences. After the window opens choose the Podcasts category.
On the PC, click the Edit menu and select Preferences. After the window opens, choose the Podcasts tab.

To listen to your podcasts on your iPod, simply sync your iPod with iTunes. iTunes will automatically transfer all the podcasts you are subscribed to on to your iPod.
