Q. Is my account information secure?
Yes, contributing online or by text, you’re using the Pushpay Platform. Pushpay has been built with security at its core, they are fully PCI-DSS Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider. Their primary concern is ensuring all data is kept safe and they meet the highest standards and practices for cybersecurity.
Can I give a onetime gift?
Yes. By selecting “One Time” in the signup process.
Can I set up recurring gifts?
Yes, you’ll have the option of the frequency in which you contribute; weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, or on the 1st & 15th of each month.
Can I designate my online giving to specific funds?
Yes, we currently have four options: Tithes and Offerings, Building Fund, Missions, and Benevolence.
How do I change my online recurring amount?
In the righthand corner of the Giving page, click on Your Account, then Manage Account. You’ll enter your cell phone number and a security code will be texted to you for you to enter that number to proceed. Once you’re in your personal account, on the Welcome page you will notice your recurring gifts, click on Edit. This will allow you to edit the repeating payment and or pause the gift.
How do I change my online profile? (address & contact information)
Once you’re logged into your account; on the left side of the home page, click on “profile”, change the information shown there then click “update information” to save. To change your email address or phone number listed, click on the update buttons next to these.
