Usher
Serve the basic needs of the people attending NCCC so that they are free to focus on the worship and teachings of Christ at the church services. We do this by: welcoming and guiding the people, serving them during the service and protecting the service from distractions. As an usher you may be asked to pass out note sheets. flyers, or communion, and help collect and count the offering , and work with the Safety team in addressing emergencies,
HOSPITALITY SERVER
Share the love of Christ with all that come to NCCC by serving of refreshments. You are often the first point of contact with newcomers. As you serve you may have opportunity to introduce them to Church leadership, mature Christians and regular attendees of NCCC, answer questions and direct them to Church resources. Hospitality servers are asked to make coffee, prepare iced water and hot water for tea. Includes keeping supplies stocked and moving heavy containers onto carts and tables, and cleaning up after service.
In-Service Prayer Team
Pray for, listen to and direct the person/persons, who come forward at the end of the church service, to Jesus Christ, who can and will meet their needs. This is accomplished by prayer and direction toward ministries in the church which might be helpful to them.
KITCHEN ANGELS
Serving the body of North Coast Calvary through the kitchen. Once a week stock and clean the kitchen. A great behind the scenes job that is so important. Time is as little as 2 hours but could be up to 4 hours as needed.
LOST AND FOUND VOLUNTEER
A behind the scenes job yet important helping the lost items find their way back to their owners. Once a week you will label and date new lost items and place them in the lost and found cabinet. You will need to contact the owners of Bibles and books that are left behind. The time commitment will be 1 to 2 hours.
