MEDICAL AID FOR SYRIAN REFUGEES IN LEBANON AND JORDAN
Dates: March 19- March 28, 2020
Purpose: There is an open door to serve the Syrian refugee community in Lebanon and Jordan. We have outstanding in-country partnerships and will establish pop-up medical clinics in areas where medical care for refugees is scarce. Our clinics are highly-organized, the regions are very safe and we have great fellowship with professionals who love Jesus. Pop-up clinics to serve refugees include Beirut, Lebanon, Zahle, Lebanon and Amman, Jordan (plus a wonderful R&R trip to visit the ancient ruins of Petra!) Healthcare providers (medical, dental and other specialties) are especially needed, but non-medical caring volunteers are also needed for health education and patient care.
Contact: John Geigert and provide your full name, phone number and professional medical experience
“The Middle East is notorious for its resistance to the Gospel, yet the Spirit of the Lord is performing miraculous and unprecedented work through the local churches. Each visit, I am humbled by how much our partners accomplish with so little.” — Dr. Ian Diaz, MD (2017 and 2018 medical outreach team member)
