Set Up Crews

Thanks for helping us set up for this year’s Harvest Party! There is a lot to do and we greatly appreciate your helping hands! Every year we make adjustments so your patience is appreciated.

We will be getting the candy buckets ready, hanging signs, putting up awnings, hanging lights, prepping game supplies, setting up Food Concessions, and more.

If you are helping Thursday or Friday morning, please meet in the Alcoves of the Family Center for directions and we will let you know what to do.

If you are helping Friday afternoon, please meet at the Food Concessions area (on the grass near the tent) and tell someone you are here to help.

Tear Down Crews

If you are helping tear down / clean up at the end of the night, please meet at the bottom of the stairs near the Family Center to get directions. Ask someone in an orange STAFF T-shirt if you do not know where to go, because we really need your help!

There is a lot to do and we greatly appreciate your helping hands! All supplies need to be brought to the bottom of the exterior stairway of the Family Center that leads to the NCCC offices, which will be used as our staging area for clean up. From there, we will bring things up to the attic. Thanks for pitching in and helping where needed! Most of our staff will have been here all day and are probably exhausted, so your energy and effort is a huge gift to us. The food concession / kitchen area will need help getting cleaned up as well.
