Wedding reservations can be made for up to 12 months prior and are 4 hour periods of time on Saturdays. Wedding ceremony start time options are between 11am – 2pm, which includes a 1 hour ceremony, a 2 hour set-up and a 1 hour clean-up time allotted. If requesting a ceremony and reception, time availability will be set at time of booking.

Weddings are not able to be scheduled on Holidays that the campus is closed or the following dates for 2024 March 23-30 (Easter Week) June 15-July 13, October 26, December 7, December 24-January 1. Other dates are subject to availability.

Friday wedding requests are considered and subject to approval.

Fees include the Room, Wedding Coordinator, Audio Visual Technician, and Facilities set-up and clean-up.
All weddings require a 50% deposit due at time of booking, with a balance due 21 days prior to the wedding.
Cancellation Policy: 100% six months before wedding, 50% three months from wedding. No refunds less than three months from wedding.

Our on-site coordinators are here to assist you (and your wedding planner) with your wedding day details and logistics. A wedding coordinator will be assigned to you after wedding contract and deposit have been received.
