Community Groups for Men

Monday Night Men’s Bible Study

Mondays, 7pm in the Chapel

Men of all ages gathering to know Jesus and one another more deeply, to understand and apply His Word more contemplatively and to serve our North County community more passionately with the love of Christ. Men’s Bible Study webpage

Tuesdays, 6pm in B100 (Fireside Rm.)

Band of Brothers is where friendships and community are built. Brotherhood is strengthened by sharing a meal together, hearing a story of faith in Jesus, and praying for one another. Band of Brothers meet for a meal, worship and testimonies, followed by round table discussions and personal prayer. It’s not a Bible study as the emphasis in on the testimony of the invited speaker and a forum for confidential prayer over our joys and challenges. They shall be known by their love…John 13:35. Any questions? Email Chuck Fisher or call him at (760) 533-4293.   You can also click on: Men’s Ministry page

Encinitas, Every other Wednesday, 6:30am – 8:00am

Our Common Interest Group for Dads of all ages is called COMMON GROUND, “The Significant Journey of Becoming a Dad.” Common Ground is a safe, fun and challenging environment, where men commit to learning from the Bible and each other, while coming alongside other fathers with the purpose of becoming better dads. We meet for breakfast at Encinitas Cafe, fellowship and Biblical dad training. For more information and directions, please contact Sean Englert and Anthony Lombardi.

Types of gatherings and their times and locations vary

We desire to create community and authentic friendships for singles in their 30’s and 40’s. We have social gatherings planned on the 3rd Saturday of each month and plan to have quarterly forums to talk about life experiences that we face as single Christians in this stage of life. 30/40 Singles Gatherings webpage

2nd & 4th Fridays 6:30pm – 8:00pm

We are adults in our mid 30’s through mid 50’s (singles and married couples) taking our life experiences and actively stepping into the process of being refined through authentic relationships with Jesus and one another. We meet regularly to study and discuss the Bible together along with occasional off-site “ReFUNery” social events. Refinery webpage

Skills groups are designed to help individuals or couples process areas of brokenness and find new understanding, healing forgiveness and repair — allowing breakthroughs in personal growth. In groups created for men, women and married couples, we’ll work through common causes of relational strain, past wounds or feelings of stuckness to rebuild hope and connection. Skills webpage
