Our Purpose

Our Vision (taken from Ephesians 3:17-19): That through faith in Christ, women, as they are rooted and established in love, may have the power to grasp how wide and long and high and deep the love of Christ is, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that they may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Our Belief: That God is a “life changer.” As women we come to know His immeasurable love for them, their hearts will be touched and their lives changed. When women’s lives are touched, the lives of husbands, children, neighbors, and friends are also touched.

Our Goal: That through the ministry of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Lord, the Women’s Ministry will be used as an instrument through which God will affect women’s lives. In the hustle and bustle of a woman’s daily life, these two areas of need can often become neglected. The Women’s Ministry of NCCC seeks to reach out to women to help meet these needs.

Women’s Casa Bernabe Orphanage Missions Trip

Managua, Nicaragua

Casa Bernabe Orphanage is located just outside of the heart of Managua, Nicaragua. Our Women’s Ministry travels to this orphanage every January. You can be a part of this ministry outreach by sponsoring the children through the attached link. All of the proceeds go directly to the Casa Bernabe Orphanage and the transition home. The transition home focuses on the girls who have aged out of the orphanage and are in college. We will be taking the older girls from the orphanage on a retreat to San Juan del Sur and will be able to spend three days and two nights with them away. Our hope is for a time of refreshment and time of sharing life with one another. If you would like to help with our trip and the retreat cost you can CLICK HERE to contribute.

TRUST FOR WOMEN

Trust for Women is a one on one mentoring ministry for the woman who is new to the faith. This is a 7 session Bible Study discussing topics such as Assurance of Salvation, Answered Prayer, Forgiveness, Guidance and more. TANDEM

Tandem prayerfully matches mature Christian women with women who are either new in their faith or in a challenging season of life or who are simply sensing the need for an older wiser Christian friend to love and encourage them. PARK-N-PLAY MOMMY GROUP

P.M. BIBLE STUDY: “BREAKING FREE” Beth Moore study led by Lynsey Dietz • Begins Tues. April 9 @ 6:30pm

In Breaking Free, Beth Moore looks at the Book of Isaiah through the lives of the kings who ruled during the prophet’s ministry. These kings exemplify many of the obstacles to freedom with which we must deal. Using Scripture to help identify spiritual strongholds in your life, no matter how big or small, Beth explains that anything that hinders us from the benefits of knowing God is bondage. God intends for you to know and believe Him, glorify Him, experience His peace, and enjoy His presence.

A.M.. BIBLE STUDY: “THE LIFE AND TIMES OF DAVID”: ISRAEL’S SHEPHERD KING led by Janice Kates • Begins Tues. April 9 @ 9:00am

David is a man for all seasons, a true Renaissance man, and a man after god’s own heart. In studying his tumultuous journey of triumph and tragedy, we may discover the key to becoming women after God’s own heart, too. If you have ever suffered temptation, struggled with doubts, wrestled with personal idiosyncrasies fallen into sin, endured loss, or anguished over family problems, then this study ifs for you! Join us for an illumnating 6-week study of the life of David. there will be no written homework for this course, but there will be weekly reading assignments from our text: 1 and 2 Samuel. Please come prepared for the first session by reading1 Samuel Chapters 1 through 7.

You don’t have to know the Hebrew language or be skilled at reading it to use God’s divine language for sharing Jesus with others. Every Hebrew letter is beautifully designed to represent a picture of something that any ancient man or woman could see, taste, feel, hear, smell or sense. By the end of this class, you will develop a hunger for god’s word and see that God’s message to the world, seen through Jewish eyes, is simple ands sweet . . . yet personal and profound!

TANDEM Woman-to-Woman Mentoring Ministry
Tandem at North Coast Calvary Chapel is a unique opportunity to grow in your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Discover the joy and power of sharing your life with another woman in a very special kind of friendship. The Bible describes and even commands these relationships:

Teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live…Then they can train the younger women…so that no one will malign the word of God.
Titus 2:3-5

If you have walked with the Lord for a number of years and have learned how to trust Him, rely on Scripture and love others, please consider becoming a Tandem mentor. If you have been a believer in Christ a short time or if you are in a new season of life and you desire a more mature Christian woman to encourage you, join Tandem as a mentee. Mentors and mentees commit to meet regularly for six months.
